Our Thank You To The Local Communities

COMMUNITY BENEFIT

POWERING COMMUNITY PROJECTS

At Muirden Energy, we are committed to ensuring our renewable energy projects bring lasting value to the communities in which they are developed. We work closely with local residents and stakeholders to deliver tailored community benefit packages that support local priorities—whether through funding for local initiatives, support for schools and community groups, or investment in environmental and recreational projects. Our goal is to foster long-term partnerships that contribute positively to local well-being and sustainability.

To be eligible for community benefit funding, applicants must meet a few key criteria:

  • Be located within a 10-mile radius of one of our turbines.

  • Represent a group or project that benefits the wider community, rather than individuals.

  • Demonstrate that some level of fundraising or financial contribution has already been made independently.

We believe these criteria help ensure that funding supports meaningful, community-driven projects with strong local engagement.t.
