Kosi manages the planning stage of projects, including planning applications and condition discharges. She is responsible for all planning and policy work and overseeing the compilation of EIARs.  Kosi has technical expertise in cultural heritage, having completed an MSc in Architectural Conservation in 2020 and has been a caseworker reviewing historic environment planning applications for a national charity for the past five years.
