Turriff Academy & Dawson Court's Green Project Underway.

As part of our community benefit scheme, one of our Local windfarms has given funds to Turriff Academy to help them erect a 12ft polytunnel in there garden space as part of their Green Project with Dawson court.

The idea behind this project is to promote inter-generational learning and to develop community links which will improve the health and wellbeing of both the pupils and the residents at Dawson Court. Getting them outside and working with nature.

We met with some of the teachers and pupils of Turriff academy and the event coordinator from Dawson Court, they have wonderful ideas for this project and we cannot wait to see it complete and in action.
